IMPLEMENTATION OF VICTIMS SUPPORT FUND (VSF) PHASE III COVID-19 EMERGENCY PROGRAMME IN OTUKPO LGA BY E.S.L.F.
The Victims Support Fund (VSF) through Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF) one of its implementing partners distributed relief materials comprising of rice, vegetable oil, salt, face masks and hand sanitisers to 329 households made up of Persons With Disability, widows, displaced persons, orphans without any form of gainful employment, under-nourished elderly persons among other households headed by peasant farmers/security.
Addressing them, Programme Manager of ESLF, who led the team to Otukpo explained that the relief items were meant to ameliorate their plight and mitigate the harsh effect of the lockdown.
