ESLF DONATES DRUGS TO HEALTH CENTRE CATERING FOR IDPS.
In furtherance of its commitment to the health of vulnerable persons, Eunice Spring of Life Foundation ESLF on Wednesday donated drugs to St. Francis Xavier Primary Healthcare Centre, Agagbe in Gwer West Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria.
Handing over the drugs on behalf of the Founder of ESLF, Dr. Eunice Ortom, the Programme Coordinator of the Foundation, Dr. Comfort Abaa explained that they include antibiotics, analgesics, antimalarial, cough syrups and intravenous infusion.
Dr. Abaa said under its Health Thematic Area, ESLF has carried out several health interventions including free medical outreaches, treatment support for cancer patients and donation of medicine and medical appliances to various groups.

She urged the benefitting health centre to ensure the use of the drugs to cater for the needs of vulnerable patients as well as support the health centre’s medical services.
Receiving the drugs, the Local Proprietor of St. Francis Xavier Healthcare Centre, Agagbe, Rev. Fr. Cletus Bua expressed profound gratitude to Dr. Eunice Ortom, ESLF and the entire staff of the Foundation for their tireless commitment to serving humanity especially the most vulnerable.
Rev. Fr. Bua said the centre attends to the health needs of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in the area and pointed out that the donation from ESLF would go a long way to help the centre live up to its mandate.
