OVER 300 BENEFICIARIES GET MEDICAL RELIEF FROM FREE MEDICAL INTERVENTION BY ESLF, OFFICE OF THE FIRST LADY & BENUE STATE GOV’T ON DAY 1 OF 10-DAY OUTREACH.
Dina Swende, Peter Kyengua, Rebecca Mlanga and Kadoon Unzughyur were among over 300 beneficiaries of free medical outreach to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) at the Gbajimba IDP Camp 1 in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State.
The Free Medical Outreach being implemented by Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF) in partnership with Office of the First Lady of Benue State sponsored by the Benue State Government through the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and targeted at 10 thousand persons across 5 IDP camps/location across the State.
Addressing the IDPs, Team Lead of the outreach and Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Emergency, Lizzy Aganyi, who explained that the free medical outreach to the IDP camps was borne out of the desire of the Governor and his wife to reach vulnerable persons in the State, assured that the surgeries, treatments and medication received by beneficiaries would all be free of charge.

Expressing their appreciation, Dina Swende, Kadoon Unzughur, Rebecca Mlanga and Peter Kyengua who admitted they had been quietly bearing the burden of the various ailments that had plagued them for a long time, the medical intervention brought relief to them for which they were grateful.
The outreach tagged, “Camp To Camp Medical Outreach For Benue IDPs”, which will also be taken to Uikpam, Daudu, Abagena and Agatu would be officially flagged off on Tuesday 17th August, 2021.
