ESLF TAKES SECOND BATCH OF FREE EYE SURGERY PATIENTS TO TULSI CHANRAI EYE HOSPITAL, ABUJA.

The second batch of 45 patients for the free eye surgery programme by Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF), in partnership with Tulsi Chanrai Foundation, has left to receive medical attention at the Tulsi Chanrai Eye Hospital Abuja.

The free eye surgery programme, which is completely free-of-charge for beneficiaries covers patients with eye challenges of glaucoma, cataract or pterigium.

Fidel Achor, Mathias Igbudu and Kegh Abur Ityough, who were among the first batch of beneficiaries of the free eye surgery and were returning for further check up, described it as a wonderful initiative by the Founder of ESLF and wife of the Governor of Benue State, Dr. Eunice Ortom.

Ortom.They expressed appreciation to the Foundation for the clear eye sight they started enjoying after undergoing surgery at a world-class eye facility free of charge.

In all,100 persons will benefit from the ongoing free eye surgery programme out of which 11 persons have, so far, undergone surgery and recuperating well.
