“IMBIBE DISCIPLINE, HARDWORK AND DEVOTION TO DUTY”, ESLF PROGRAMME MANAGER CHARGES STAFF.

Members of staff of the Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF) have been charged to imbibe the virtues of discipline, hard work, selfless service and dedication to duty to enable them maximize their individual potentials and help the organisation attain the high standard of operating in line with the tenet international best practice.

The Programme Manager of ESLF, Mr. Tine Agernor, gave this charge today in Makurdi during the inaugural meeting with both old and new members of staff of the organisation.

Mr. Agernor who congratulated everyone on their appointment, charged them to rise to the challenge that comes with the offer. He disclosed that the organisation decided to bring fresh hands on board to meet its burning need for young people who are endowed with adequate capacity, the right attitude and willingness to work to enable ESLF harness available opportunities to serve the cause of humanity much better.

The PM who admonished everyone to perpetually improve themselves through self development, revealed that the organisation offers opportunities, such as specialised trainings that give added value to its staff and ensures inclusivity for Persons Living With Disabilities (PLWDs).

Tasking them to draw up their individual short and medium term targets of achievement for ESLF to enable the organisation forge a common synergy for all, Mr. Agernor revealed that such targets should be in line with the organisation’s vision and the milestone it intends to achieve in the long run.

Highpoints of the meeting included a robust interactive session where individual staff members revealed their peculiar habits and idiosyncrasies, personal likes, dislikes among others. This spicy session, which aimed at ensuring smooth take-off of cordial inter-personal relationships among workers, was considered necessary for team work to thrive and for common organisational goals to be achieved with minimal hassle.

The fresh team of ESLF staff, made up of a rich crop of highly skilled and experienced individuals with track-records of sterling achievements in various fields of endeavour, expressed unflinching commitment to ESLF’s vision to build a society that is without barriers to decent living for all.
