ESLF DOLES OUT PRIZES TO QUIZ WINNERS FROM ITS 5TH ANNUAL LITERACY PROJECT HELD ON RADIO BENUE.
Christopher Ekpenta, Solomon Francis, Victoria Tyoban, Sally Omirida and Mark Anwangbinde were among winners of prizes doled out by Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF) to callers who had participated in the quiz sessions held during the phone-in programme on Radio Benue to mark the Foundation’s 5th Annual Literacy Project.
Receiving his prize, Solomon Francis, a 12-year-old JSS One student of Makurdi International Secondary School residing at Wadata, said he felt excited to have been one of the winners of the ESLF radio quiz.
Also, 9-year-old Christopher Ekpenta, of Basic 4 Makurdi International School who lives at Achussa Village, Makurdi said he was pleased to have won and received prizes from ESLF.
Victoria Tyoban, a 12-year-old JSS 1 student of Government Model School, Makurdi who stays at Kanshio said she felt happy when she got news that she had won.
They had, during the quiz session of the phone in programme, responded to the question on stating four ways to prevent COVID-19.
On their part, Sally Omirida, an SS 2 student of NKST Secondary School, Makurdi and Mark Anwangbinde (also known as “Father-Father”) of Tse Haaga in Gwer East Local Government Area both clinched their prizes for successfully greeting in any three Benue languages which fosters unity in the State.
The winners all expressed gratitude to ESLF and praised the idea behind the Annual Literacy Project.
