Registered with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2016, Eunice Spring of Life Foundation (ESLF) is a non-governmental, non-profit making, non-political and non-religious organization which envisions a society without barriers to decent living. Since unveiling, the Foundation has intervened in Health, Education and Economic Empowerment with a bias to Agriculture. Committed to expanding her scope of interventions and strengthening processes for better development and humanitarian aid service delivery, the Foundation is seeking to hire interested and qualified persons to support her programmes.
Available Positions Summary Job Description
Programme Officers:
(Health – 2; Education and Research – 1; Economic Empowerment – 1; Agriculture and Environment -1 and Governance -1)
Desk Officer, Persons Living with Disabilities – 1,
Conceptualize, develop and implement organization’s programmes. Create budgets, contribute to resource mobilization activities, carry out research and write technical reports.
Finance Officer – 1
Oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure timely, accurate financial reports and practices including cash management, payroll, disbursements and ledgers. Support Programme Officers and other staff to develop budgets and retire cash advances.
Finance Assistant -1 Assist Finance Officer in carrying out financial tasks.
Media Officer – 1 Develop/review media plan, create and edit content, write blogs, stories, features, news items, reports, magazine articles and handle organization’s media platforms.
Media Assistant – 1
Assist Media Officer in carrying out media tasks.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer – 1
Maintain chains of data collection, certify data quality, analyze data and write reports.
M&E Assistant – 1 Assist M&E Officer in carrying out tasks
Administrative Officer -1 Manage inventory, organize records, schedule roaster, office reporting and manage human resources.
Office Assistant -1
Carry out clerical support tasks including organizing files, scheduling appointments and receiving guests.
Front Desk Officer – 1 Welcome guests, handle enquiries, sort and distribute mails. Schedule meetings and travel for executives.
Driver – 1
Safe driving and care of the organization’s vehicles.
Qualification/Desired Attributes
Applicants should be/have:
- Cognate experience in development/humanitarian aid service
- Preferably, holders of the Undergraduate Degree or relevant qualification and skill in related field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Access)
- Good communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English Language
- Fluency in written and oral Tiv, Idoma, Igede, Etulo or any other local, national or international language is most desirous
- Proficient in technical reporting
- Disposed to working beyond official hours including weekends
- Open to learning, unlearning and re-learning
