ESLF SUPPORT ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION: 2017 UTME/JAMB SCHOLARSHIP
The Foundation has given out 320 JAMB/UTME Scholarships to high school students to enable them successfully secure University admission. The priority target were female students. However, due to the high demand it was opened to male students as well. During this activity alone over 2million naira was spent in registering Benue indigents and helping them access higher education.
The objective of this ESLF Scholarship scheme is to give the less privilege in Benue state access to tertiary education to increase Benue female indigenes enrolment into tertiary institutions and to encourage the Benue girl child to enroll in Sciences, Technical Engineering and Mathematics (stem) base subjects related courses.

During this two day celebration children from public and private schools participated in a range of literacy and talent development activities including timed reading, spelling bee, impromptu speaking, written composition and fashion parade. These activities were an avenue for creative expression for our children. Moreover, ESLF also enhanced these competitions by adding extracurricular competition such as Art attach. This was open to children of all grade levels participants were given themes of everyday life to see what they were inspired to produce.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column][ultimate_spacer height=”20″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][ultimate_heading main_heading=”EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PROJECTS”][/ultimate_heading][vc_column_text]A simple but key factor that prevents children from going to school is that families cannot afford to send their children and oftentimes need children to stay and work at home to make ends meat. over 300 million children between the ages of five and 17 years are engaged in employment worldwide. Most of these children work to financially support their families.
Eunice Spring of Life Foundation has taken upon itself so that financial constraints do not keep children back from going to school. In 2016 alone over 4million Naria was invested in scholarships alone. Some beneficiaries of these scholarships include indigent students of St. Mark Secondary School who received full scholarships. In addition, to opening a students welfare scheme where ESLF provided over 120 students scholarships to vulnerable high school students as well.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”2097″ img_size=”large”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
